Didn't win Wednesday's $317-million Powerball jackpot? Don't fret, no one else did either.
Anyone who buys a ticket for Saturday's drawing will now be hoping for a piece of an estimated $360-million jackpot. No one has matched all six numbers in 19 consecutive drawings.
The last six-number winner was a single ticket in California on Nov. 29 for $90 million, state lottery officials said.
The largest Powerball jackpot in 2014 was for $425.3 million and was won by a person in Milpitas. Californians won four Powerball jackpots last year, the state lottery said.
Powerball tickets are $2 and can be purchased up to an hour before the drawing, which is at 7:59 p.m. PST every Wednesday and Saturday.
The game is played in 43 states, the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
